Saber y Crecer primarily supports young people in vocational training in the Ecuadorian rainforest. However, we have noticed that primary school education is very poor, especially in remote communities. Teachers are often poorly trained and sometimes overwhelmed by the curriculum.

Therefore, we have launched a program to support primary school teaching. Our volunteers aid the teachers in their lessons, especially in English and mathematics. The program has been very well received by both teachers and students.

We hope that through this supportive teaching, we can provide these primary school students with a better basic education, thus facilitating their transition to secondary school and vocational school.
