The volunteer house in Puka Urku, built last year, was built by the parents of students in Puka Urku. We created the plans, organized all the materials and the construction was supervised by the volunteers of PAKASHKA-SACHA. The small home in a perfect location turned out very beautiful.
It serves as a home for PAKASHKA-SACHA volunteers who support and accompany the local primary school in Puka Urku.
Since the house was not occupied on the weekends, I treated myself to a relaxing weekend in this idyll with Byron.
The house in the middle of a cacao plantation is simple and small but very inviting. With a view over Ecuador’s largest river, the Rio Napo, and a fireplace on the terrace, it is a perfect place to relax.
Thanks to everyone involved in this successful project.
