Once again there was a celebration. The community of Puka Urku, where the PAKASHKA-SACHA student house and its volunteers support the class teachers in academic and social areas. The volunteers and students from PAKASHKA-SACHA were invited to the festival. PAKASHKA-SACHA financed the 20 chickens that were served at this festival. The director of Bilingue of Napo, Mr. Blas Chimbo, was also attending the festival.
The festival, held at the Puka Urku school, began at 3 p.m. It featured traditional dances, games, good conversation and of course lots of food and drinks.
As always, a warm, distinctive occasion.
Thanks to the community of Puka Urku.
